A two-year starter at safety for BYU, Jared Lee accumulated 182 total tackles and five interceptions in his career, leading the team in both categories in 1999. A Second Team All-MWC selection in 2000, he led the team with 50 solo tackles. An Academic All-American, Lee compiled a 3.96 GPA in biochemistry and received the Cougar Club Memorial Award. He earned his M.D. from the University of Washington and completed his internship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. Lee did his residency at Harvard University and completed a fellowship at the Steadman Clinic in Vail, Colo. He practiced as an orthopedic surgeon at Big Horn Basin Bone & Joint, LLC, in Cody, WY, and is currently the medical director of the Steadman Clinic in Aspen, CO.
